Spent Xmas at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very cheerful. They surprised us with a complimentary fruitcake and mulled wine which was delicious. Great location, close to the subway and within walking distance to some shops. The room was very spacious and clean, with a cozy bed and soft sheets. We loved the view from our room which added to the Christmas spirit.

One downside was that the walls were a little thin and we could hear noise from the nearby street. Another aspect that we did not like was the breakfast, it was a bit pricey and the options were limited.
